Today is Day 2 of our Apple Butter process! This is the day that we take the apple sauce and cook it down, then add ingredients to form the actual apple butter. Each kettle is then carried in, where the jars are manually filled. It takes a LOT of hard work and cooperation to make today run smoothly!
